PIGEON FORGE CONVENTION CENTER, Inc.

The atmosphere is set in Grand style with a richly appointed interior design featuring a massive antique chandelier accented by 3,000 crystal pendants. Beautiful textured draperies, colorful ceiling treatments, a large stage adorned with plush, Venetian-style velour curtains, and state-of-the-art lighting and sound create a dramatic setting for any conference

Sections A, B, C

More than 35,000 square feet of open floor space is available with a ceiling height from 14 in both sections A and B and up to 40 feet in section C. Portable walls can be used to divide the main hall into three separate smaller conference sections. Ample electrical and other services are available in all sections to accommodate trade-shows and a variety of set-ups.

Grand Ballroom, Section D

Grand Ballroom features a separate entrance, along with 15,000 square feet of space that divides into 8 individual breakout rooms.  Back to Top


Atrium Meeting Rooms

Two, luxurious, meeting rooms inside the hotel, can be divided into 6 breakout rooms for meetings up to 200 people. Back to Top

 We have invested over one and a half million dollars in Audio/Video equipment for our “State of the art” facility. Offering duel 12 ft. x 9 ft. IMAG digital projection screens located on each side  of our 44’ x 60’ fixed stage, EAW and JBL convert quality sound systems, plasma / big screens, power point, sound podiums, all audio/video format duplication, wireless handheld/lavaliere microphones, conventional/intelligent theatrical stage lighting, 9’ Grand piano, television quality cameras with Master control room featuring Grass Valley switcher. Trade show booths, portable bleachers, loading dock, large load-in doors, and numerous other special event equipment are available.
